Emergency Services

If something happens to your dentures - even if somebody else made them - don't worry! We're here for you! Denture repairs are our middle name!
Complete Dentures
A complete denture is a removable appliance used when you've lost all your teeth and you need them all replaced. Since a complete denture is made when there are no more teeth left in the mouth, your gums must totally support complete dentures.
Texas Denture Service makes single dentures for either your upper or lower teeth. Or we can make a full-set dentures to replace both your upper and lower teeth.
Same Day Dentures

An immediate denture is placed in the mouth immediately following the extraction of natural teeth. The advantage of this process is that it spares the patient the inconvenience and embarrassment of going without teeth while waiting for the mouth to heal before having dentures constructed. This means you can walk out the door with a smile on your face while you wait for your permanent dentures.
Relines & Repairs
As time passes, a patient's jawbone and soft tissue (gums) will undergo changes. It's just part of nature. That means shrinkage will occur, resulting in the denture becoming looser and ill-fitting. A reline corrects this problem. What's a reline? It simply means refitting the denture, or partial denture, resulting in better retention and stability. Relines and simple denture repairs are provided as a
same-day service.

Implant Supported Dentures
aka "Snap-on" Dentures
An implant-supported denture is used when a person doesn't have any teeth left in the jaw, but has enough bone in the jaw to support dental implants. An implant-supported denture has special attachments that snap into place, which means your dentures stay in a whole lot better and are much more stable.
Partials & Flexible Dentures
​
For some patients, a flexible partial denture is the best option for meeting their needs. Flexible partials are made of a material that conforms and adapts to the patient's gums. Unlike conventional cast-metal partial dentures, they do not contain any metal. This can be a cosmetic advantage when patients are concerned about smiling and displaying metal clasps that attach to the front teeth.

Dr. John P Murphy
Dentist
Dr. Murphy is a hometown DFW boy - well - almost.
He grew up in Midland, but moved to Ft Worth to go to college at TCU and never left the area. He attended dental school at Baylor Dental School in Dallas. He's been practicing dentistry in Ft. Worth ever since, for almost
40 years.

Dr. Murphy's hobby isn't golf like many dentists (though he does like golf). Nope. His hobby is theater! You may have seen him in some local productions around town, especially at the Hip Pocket Theater. He writes and directs plays, as well. He's also very artistic which is why he enjoys making dentures for people. "Giving people a smile perfect for them is really fulfilling."
